Letter to KIEL/MEYER family in Germany

I think I have time now to devote to sending some letters to Germany in
hopes to find some are my cousins. I have information that my ancestor
Johann Friedrich KIEL b. Nov. 1807 in Neuenkirchen bei Melle Germany to
Franz Friedrich KIEL & Margarette Sophia UHLAND. Johann Friedrich KIEL
married 1832 Henrietta Catherine MEIJER/MEYER b. 1813 Riemsloh Melle
Germany. Johann Friedrich, Henrietta Catherine & 2 sons came to America
about 1845. This family is of the Lutheran faith.

In the German phone book I find listed several MEYER's & of the several
there are three that I think are in Riemsloh, & would like someone's opinion
. Their addresses are listed as:
MEYER zu Riemsloh Anne
u Christian
Krukumer Str. 3
49328 Melle
All three are similiar in that they have the zu Riemsloh & 49328 Melle. I'm
not sure what the zu Riemsloh or u Christian means. Zip for
Riemsloh is 49328.

Also I tried to check an address for the
Lutheran Church in Neuenkirchen bei Melle
Evangelish Lutheresche Gemeinden

Pfarrfuro u. Wille
49326 Melle

What is Pfarrf�ro u. Wille & Gemeinden in English?

I only found two KIELS listed in Neuenkirchen bei Melle zip 49326. I would
appreciate all help as I want to get my letters written today & sent to a

Meyer zu Riemsloh is the last name

and the first names of the couple (or possibly sister and brother) are Anne and
Christian

I'm trying to type a letter in German on my Regular Keyboard. I have a list
of how to type the umlats, etc. for the German language using the ALT key
plus a certain number, but I am missing the how to for the large "B" that I
believe is used as a "ss". Can someone advise me how I can get one of these
to print. I know I have the instructions somewhere but where are they when
