Hello all;
I am Joseph Leering from Mississauga near Toronto.
I was born in Holland and have been tracing my family back for many years.
Apparently they came from Vreden in Westfalen in the 1700’s.
I have visited the church archives in Vreden and also gone through the Mormons’ microfilm copies of the written records.
Unfortunately they only start in the late 1700’s.
If anyone comes across a name such as the above I would be very interested in hearing from them.
