I apologize...In the oringal message I understood Leadwich Dres..to be a name..possible Ludwig/Ludovic..Dreas, as I had seen the name Dreas in W.C. Illinois, however that is 86 miles from Monroe. But I could have chosen the wrong Monroe. IS your Monroe anywhere near Clinton or Jefferson? Which are neighbors to Washington (I think).
I think these Dreas were Catholic family.
