Bergedorf in the parish Ganderkesee never belonged to the Kingdom of
Hannover. Ganderkesee was part of the Grand Duchy of Oldenburg.

Of course it never belonged to the Kingdom of Hannover! I was wrong, and if I should have hurt feelings of natives of the former Grand Duchy of Oldenburg, I do apologize 
so the search for Kuhlmann from Bergedorf /Hannover should concentrate on Bergedorf near Worpswede
