By searching the Mecklenburg archives I find that you also have a KUHLOW ancestor. Although my KUHLOW ancestor is not from Rühlow he is from Klatzow, not that far from Rühlow. The Klatzow church records have not been filmed by LDS. I sent to the church for information but what I received was very skimpy. What they told me was that a Carl Friedrich Joachim KULOW & Caroline Ernestine Elizabeth GANSCHOW year of marriage was 1864. The name of the father was Gabriel GANSCHOW ("zu St. George" could mean, that he lived near the old church of St. Georg in Altentreptow). No information about the age or any information about day or month of marriage. Also a child Caroline Friederike Dorothea b. 28 Sept. 1865 died 10 Sept. 1881 in Rosemarsow. No information on any of the other children. They sent me no other information. I don't know where to go next to go back further on my KUHLOW. ...Gerry
