Another name I am looking for is Kuhlow also from Mecklenburg. This family married with my Krueger ancestor in the U.S. My earliest known Kuhlow relatives were Friedrich Kuhlow (b. June 8, 1819) married to Wilhelmine H. Voigt (b. July 20, 1829). They married in Mecklenburg and immigrated to Detorit around 1868 or 1869. They had 3 daughters born in Mecklenburg: Henriette, Wilhelmine, and Augusta. I think they might have had a son named Friedrich. I don't have a clue yet what city in Mecklenburg they are from. Would they show up in the Schubert index?
