I only know a county Lipno which belonged until 1793 to Poland, from 1793
to 1795 to S�dpreu�en, from 1795 to 1806 to Neuostpreu�en, from 1806 to
1815 to Gro�herzogtum Warschau, from 1815 to 1914 to Congress Poland
(Russia), from 1918 to 1939 to Poland, from 1939 to 1945 to Reichsgau
Danzig-Westpreu�en, and from 1945 until today to Poland again.
Maybe I can help you with your ancestors from county Lipno, Dobriner Land?
