Ich habe keine Idee was Dorf das er war von und Keel war wahrscheinlich,
was der Protokollführer und nicht die wirkliche Rechtschreibung gehört hat.

I assume that "Keel" was the pronounction of the original name which - in
that case - could have been "Kiel" or "Kiehl" or something like that (your
"ee" or "ea" and our "i" or "ie" or "ih" sound very much the same). His wife
was Albertina "Barthenia" or "Parthenia", right?
The papers don't say he was from Rheinland-Pfalz but he was a Palatine,
right?
Well, nearly every German who emigrated in that time and originated from
the area was called a Palatine - he may have been a Hessian, even from Alsace
or Lorrain or from the Saar or Blies River - they were all called
Palatine.
I know that does not really help you and makes research a lot more
complicate but you have to face it.

ein häufiger Name ist: Kehl, der wie auch der Ort Kehl am Rhein geschrieben
wird. Gibt man das Wort bei google ein, findet man über 2 Mio. Einträge.
Vielleicht findet sich unter dieser Schreibweise etwas.

Thank you very much for your reply. My on-line translation was a little confusing, yes? His wife was known as Alberdina Barthenia or Parthenia. I don't know if this was a middle name or a last name.
In his naturalization papers he indicates he was born in the Territories of the Elector Palatine in Germany and that he was Protestant. Pfalz, Bayern came from an IGI record from the LDS Church. Another response suggested I might be looking for a Kehl.
I do appreciate your suggestions and don't really mind the difficult research. If it were easy it wouldn't be so rewarding.
