according to the Family Book Lambsheim of Heinrich Rembe, part II (1983) the
marriage of Johann Kaufmann and Anna Maria Maul was on 7. May 1818 in
Lambsheim (at that time Bavaria, today Rhineland-Palatinate). He was a
weaver and came from Sippersfeld (parents: Peter K. and Maria Elisabeth
Hornberger from Potzbach). They had 7 children, 4 emigrated in 1847. The
birth date of Karl is indicated as 31.8.1823. Anna Maria Maul is born in
Lambsheim on 21.2.1790(parents: Jakob Maul and Maria Barbara Belz). Next
