Kurt, does B-W stand for Baden-Wuertemburg? And, are you saying that Mittelfranken is in Franconia? I am going to be in Tubingen, south of Stuttgart, in September. Is it close to Tubingen? Can you suggest any good maps for Bayern/Mittelfranken? Any phone books for this area online? Will also be in the Czech Rebulblic west of Prague.

Yes thats B-W yes "Middle" Franconia was in Franconia, Franconia, hasn't reall exsisted for a long time. Yes I would say they are close. I already sent you a link for the German phone book in Engish.

Oh ya I forgot, there is a Württemberger Hof, near Stutgardt and a few other villages with similar names.
