Johann Joseph Erdmann um 1845 geboren in Tolkemit,
Ostpreußen. Er heiratete Justine Henriette Jochem (geb.
19. Juli 1845 in Zeyer).
Sie heirateten 28. Juli 1872.
Sie hatten 3 Kinder, die wir kennen so weit.
Justine Emilie Erdmann, Johan August Erdmann,
Johanne Henriette Erdmann (meine Großmutter).
Ich bin neu in dieser Genealogie-Gruppe. Ich spreche kein Deutsch

Johanne Paul Frost verheiratet. Sie lebten in Hakendorf,
Danzig, wo mein Vater und zwei Onkel geboren wurden.

As for Tolkemit, where Johan Joseph Erdmann is reported to have come, those Lutheran records did not appear to have survived WW2 (at least there are none on Familysearch).
You might have some luck with the Elbing Address Books (all are on ManyRoads see: http://www.many-roads.com/libraries/prussia-histories/adressbucher-address-books/ )
You might also check

If that fails you could search early Elbing protestant Churches (I have some of those records but they are not available online).
