Johann Heinrich Schr�der, born Apr 25, 1814 in Deitinghausen, parish of Schledehausen, son of Caspar Heinrich Schr�der and Maria Elisabeth Moormann, tenant in Hiddinghausen, married Oct 25, 1836 Catharina Maria Heitbrink, born abt. 1818 in Wulften, parish of Schledehausen, daughter of Johann Wilhelm Heitbrink and Maria Gertrud Schnelle.
I've no information about children of this couple nor if they left Germany.

Anke, I don't know if this is the couple I'm looking for, but any possibilities are welcome. The age is close for Johann, but the birthdate I have for Catherine is Aug 1832. She obviously is too young to be the mother of all of Johann's children, and the 1910 Ripley County, IN census indicates she had five children with two still living. I don't know the name of Johann's first wife; I suppose he could have married two women of the Heitbrink family.
I will try to do more research on the Deitinghausen couple. I enjoyed the Grambergen website and will look at it more closely. Thanks so much for helping me.
