America with his wife Maria Katherine/Catherine----- after 1839?

there a some Johann listed, but not the middle name Konrad/Conrad.
Could it be
Joan Dirk Brinker, born 5.May 1831 Elbergen, parish Emsbühren,
emigrated 1857 together with his parents: Johann Bernhard Brinker and Anna Maria Wilmes
and some sisters, one of them is Maria Catharina Brinker, born 19.Dec.1837
