International Reply Coupons

In this weeks edition of MISSING LINKS, a weekly newsletter for genealogists
(that I receive via e-mail), there is an article on International Reply
Coupons, and the difficulties that arise when someone in Germany attempts to
use the coupons.

If you do not receive MISSING LINKS, I will be happy to forward a copy of this
week's edition so that you may read the article. It is too long for me to
summarize.
