Greetings:
I write today to see if any subscribers on this list have ever sent in a
request of the freedom of information forms for their ancestors passport
records or naturalization or similar request. I ask because I have the
forms I requested for the records I mention, on them in one place they
state that the fee would not exceed $25.00. On the other side of the
form in one of the paragraphs it says that the total will not exceed
$250.00. Because of this second price I have not sent my reqest form in.
Has anyone else done this route of investigation?
