Hi Wolf,
Your talking dictionary is a great idea - I love it! And not to take
anything away from you - I think you are doing a GRRRRRRRREAT job and I know
how time consuming all that you do is so I just wanted to let you know that
there is a good talking dictionary at: http://www.transparent.com/. On the
left side of the page a short way down is a box that says 'Word of the Day'
and at the bottom of the box you can click on 'Sign up to receive word of
the day'. It's free; you don't have to purchase anything. It also uses the
word in a phrase, both in English and German and you can hear the word and
the phrase in German. I have found that I can copy and paste the word and
phrase in both languages and the actual web site page that each word is
found on to a spreadsheet. That way if I want to hear the word again I just
look at my spreadsheet and click on the web link and it takes me right to
the page with the word and phrase. Again, I'm not trying to take anything
away from you but I thought if you felt this was going to get to be too much
for you, I'd let you know of this one.
Thanks so very much for all your great work!
Janet Graham
