Dorthea Gertrud Hollinden was born on 2 June 1872 in Cloppenburg and baptized in Saint Andreas Church there two days later. She was born illegitimately to Catharina Maria Louisa Hollinden from Goldenstedt. The churchbooks have no information about the father.
