I am new to the list, I am searching for information on the home town of my
G Grandmother, Pauline Hoffman, she was born 14 November 1848 and emigrated
to the United States in 1866, arriving at New York from Breman on 28 August
1866, along with sibs. Henritte age 15 and Franz age 13. The only
information I have is a listing on my G Grandfathers pension from the Civil
War, that stated that she if from, Werdau, Sachsen, Preussen. Thank you for
any help.
