I am looking for where my great grandfather Henry H. Siebelts was
born. he is listed in the census as being born in Hanover, Gr in 1841 and
immigrated to St Louis in 1856.

This could be yours:
Siebelts, Heinrich Hermann Wilhelm, born 24.Oct.1841 in Lingen, emigrated 1856.
Parents: Schuhmacher (shoemaker) Harm Janssen Siebelts and Anna Wilhelmina Oetker.
