Cord Heinrich "Ludwig" MACKEBEN born 1780 at Rehburg and Catharine Margarethe "Dorothea" WEGENER born 1789 at Schneeren.Ludwig MACKEBEN was serving in the military perhaps as a Curassier and their first child was born in November 1802 so I believe the marriage was in 1802.I have checked the Rehburg, Schneeren and Nienburg reocrds for the marriage and the baptism of their first child and can not find the marriage or the baptism record, of their first child.
Looking for clues where to search for military church records for 1802 for a man from Rehburg and serving as a Curassier, 3rd Squadron.
This couple lived in Rehburg as I found 1808 Baptism Record for their daughter..
I have been searching for these 2 records since 1964.
