Dear Sirs:

I have an ancestor named Hinrich Koopmann. He was born 10 October 1782, probably in Bürgerfelde or Zetel. He died 3 September 1868 and was buried in Bockhorn.

Any information you have about his parents, siblings, occupation, etc. would be very much appreciated.

Also, has there ever been a town or village in the Grand Duchy of Oldenburg or Germany, named Kirchofshaze?

There doesn't doesn't appear to be anything similiar to Kirchofshaze.

he was married with Gesche Koopmann born Rohlfs
their children
J�rgen Koopmann born 9.6.1783 in Varel he died 11.2.1848
Gesche Margarete Koopmann she was born 7.8.1785 in Varel - Haferkamp
she died 24.6.1841
Hinrich Koopmann born 1787 he died 1872 in Varel

perhaps Behrend Koopmann could be an uncle of your ancestor.
