My take on it:

Kaufmann Johann Driesch of Ludwigslust.
Johann Gottfried Driesch of Rehna

Mummendorf is likely Hof or Kirch Mummendorf, both located in
Mecklenburg-Schwerin too. There is a Mummendorf in Schleswig-Holstein, but
this would have been mentioned in the church record I think. Some of my
ancestors were from the area around Rehna, so the second Driesch town may be
something else, but it sure looks like Rehna to me.
