Hello everyone,
I'm still trekking along with my Hermina Schroeder *1846, place of birth unknown. Married to Gottlieb Schallhorn *1836 who emigrated to the US New York in Dec. 1860. Hermina is not listed as having come with him. could he have gone home again to Kamerau Kreis Berent and married there and then brought her over at a later date? if so does somebody have him or her listed on Germans to America at any time after 1860? First baby was borne in 1866.
