Can any one tell me if there is a list anywhere which shows which villages make up each standesamt listed on the Archiwum Panstwowe Wolsztynie site?
For example the standesamt Mortung page has records related to Wulka/Mortung/Rakowitz/Linnowitz and several others.

Hi Hal,
there are directories available showing which village belongs to which civil registration office ("Standesamt"). You should get a copy of the "Gemeindelexikon" for East Prussia. This is available in many public libraries, but unfortunately I have not found it on the www. Maybe it is available on microfilm by the LDS church.
This directory shows for every "Kreis" (county) which towns/villages belong to it. For every town you can find the assignment to protestatic and catholic churches, and also to the civil registration office ("Standesamtsbezirk").
But please note, that the assignment to a certain civil registration office might change. So the assignments shown in the directory mentioned above only show the assignment at the publishing date of that directory.
