Dear Ms. Beutel -
I note that you are seeking to contact a German archive, but wonder if you
have exhausted the information available on microfilm held by the LDS
Family History Library. If you have one of their research centers near your
home, you might wish to consult that source first. I see by the Library
catalog that there are films from the Kirchenbuch (church book) for the
Evangelical Church Lieme/Lemgo covering the years from 1727 to early in the
1900s. If this resource has not yet come to your attention, you may wish to
rent one or more of those films to help you locate more information about
your ancestor, Christoph Breitenpoehler, before making the jump to the
archives. Best wishes in your search!
