When you reply to a message in the digest, when you hit reply the
whole digest appears. Try highlighting those parts that you are not
replying to and then hit "delete." If not everyone has to go through
the whole thing to find what you are replying to. It also gets archived.
Even though the list is free to subscribe to, someone has to pay the
bill for the space the archive uses.
