Can emigration data for the state of Hannover be searched by name without
knowing a birth town?
I believe my grandfather August Henry Frederick SCHULTZ, may have emigrated
from Hannover in 1865-1866 as a child of about 4 or 5 years of age , town yet
unknown. His mother, Johanna/Anna Luetkens SCHULTZ (born about 1844) and
his uncle, Ernest August LUETKENS (born about 1842) came from Hannover. I am
still searching U.S. records for their birth town.
A search of emigration records for Stavenhagen, Mecklenburg-Schwerin,
birthplace of his father, Georg Carl Theodor SCHULTZ, (born 1837) had no success.
