I think that you are speaking of Gross Wartenberg, in polnish Sycow.
Gross Wartenberg lies about 50 kms north-east from Breslau.Breslau is now
called Wroclaw in Poland.
I have found out a Kreis Gross Wartenberg in the literature, it lies 12 kms
at the east of Breslau.
