I have just learned of an obit for my g-grandmothers brother. He was born about 1854. It said he was from Glesendorf, Nelderschlesien. Any idea where this is. I have found five Glasendorf. The LDS seems to have records for Glasendorf(Szklary),Grottkau. The old German Empire maps seem to show the one in Frankenstein,in its index. I couldn't find it on the map. My surnames are: Pietsch and Fleischhauer. They immigrated to the US on the ship Neckar on Feb. 27, 1882.
