I am also researching the Glaevke surname originating in Koppolow, which is
near Ludershagen. Gustav Sigismund Glavke married a Christine Louise
Christiana Nicolaison from Gustrow in 1830. I know there seem to be several Glaevke
families on the microfilm for the Ludershagen area from the LDS FHL, probably
they all tie together somewhere. Gustav's parents were Christian Joachim Johann
Glavke and Maria Elisabet Glaefken. I also know of a couple of other people
looking for their Glavke's in that area. Please contact me if you are
