the database for GenWiki!
Once more (sorry) - your login name at genealogy.net project sites (like e.g. wiki-en) is technically independent from all mailing lists and can differ from your mailing address.
More then that: it _should_ differ - to show you "who" and "where" you are.
We (admins) recommend a "speaking" user or login name like JohnDoe or so because this name is to be seen in all change logs, article histories and so on.
Using your mail address you _invite_ all spammers ...
