Hi------sorry if I'm of the wrong site for this question, but have a very important question that needs answering and don't know where else to post this message.
Am planning on making family history book and would like to make it up for selling to the family members.
My question is Do I need permission from the people who's name will be listed in this family history book ???
All I will be doing is putting their names in a son, daughters, grandchildren etc
Is their anything illegal about doing this??? besides making the book inaccurate.
I have had a request from some family members who wish their names left out.
I have had my name put in a family history book and No one asked my permission including my marriage and children
