I have seen reference to this "Quassowski" and am not sure what it is or how I might be able to access the information.
I did a "search" and came up with the following info...

The Kartei Quassowsky is a collection of data from East Prussia only. If
this is your area of research, join the bilingual list for East and West
Prussia, look at ow-preussen-l - genealogy.net
In the list you will find researcher who will be happy to do a lookup at
the Kartei Quassowsky.
