As I notice, you want to know what kind of uniform this is..
Therefore you should ask all around and in all possible
mailinglists for help. It also would be helpful if you would

In addition, you should add your Email address in order that
anyone can get in touch with you.
Once we know what kind of uniform this is, then we could start
up a new category like "Military" or so in our WIKI.
