Hi, Once you click on to a name, then what does a person do to get information, I clicked on to all the different subjects presented and did not find information that was pertinent to the name ,nor give a meaning.

sorry, but 'YES' you are right...
Some of the surnames have a lot of information already, but,
unfortunately, there are many surnames with only a minimum
further information...
But, please keep in mind, this is an on-going project and the great
advantage of the WIKI is, that anyone can start a new name or subject
and then ANYONE can add further information to it..
What about YOU adding your names to our WIKI database ??
Just set a good example for everyone to follow in your footsteps....

one short explanation:
this part of our wiki (surnames) was imported from an external database.
This should be used as a structured base for editing and filling in information about those surnames and can be used as a starting point for similar articles.
Please remember:
Our project lives first off all from the work of ourselves! There is not ONE who fills in all the material and all others can use it. Like wikipedia we all are depending on the voluntary work of many heads and hands.
The purpose of our wiki is to collect as much as possible information spreaded over millions of personal homepages in one point, everybody can refer to.
But once more:
only that _we_ (me and you and everybody) filled in can be read by us and others...
