Can anyone tell me where Gehrde, Germany would have been located in 1851.
Could it possibly be the Hanover area. I am searching for a Theodore Thien
who was acquainted with Herman Torborg who did come from this area and
married into the family. Any help on location of this town, city or
whatever it is could help me pass our brickwall.
