I am researching my (Leonhard) Gahr family who came from Burgstadt, Bavaria to
Newark, New Jersey, in late 1871. I learned from this web site that they are
not the only ones to take this route.
I see that I can order FHC films for Miltenberg Heiratsbelege, 1805-1905, but
which of these is likely to have the GAHR records? Are there other sources I
should try in Germany?
