there is a still living ALBERS population in Südergellersen today, which should be of same origin as your researched ALBERS, Jürgen Henrich and Johann Chris. ALBERS from Südergeller-sen. There is an home for the aged named ALBERS in Südergellersen also today. So I think it would make sense, to try to get into contact with somebody living ALBERS there.
I found for 1998 on a tlephone-CD:

My eldest adress-book for the region is from 1949/5= and tells of:
- ALBERS, Dieter, Landwirt, 7 (means farm or house nr.7, no street names then yet)
- ALBERS, Katharina, Rentnerin 38
I got a CDof the adress-book 1930, which goes a bit more near and knows of:
- ALBERS, Joh., Abbauer, 24
There is existing an "Ortschronik Südergellersen Heiligenthal. Aus der Geschichte zweier Heidedörfer from Erich Bütepage, Albrecht Niebuhr and Peter R.Jante, Südergellersen 1989
They name a PETERSEN/ALBERS farm, the sixt biggest in the village, with Nr.7,and say that is was rebuild in 1910. Up to about 1900 the farmers name was PETERSEN and one might assume that then at least 1930 it was taken over by the ALBERS family.
