I am researching my grandmother's line. She was born 4/18/1893 in
Thyrau, Kreis Osterode to Gottlieb Fromberg and Louise Glomp Fromberg.
She had a sister Bertha and a brother Paul. Her name was Emma and she
married Heinrich Otto Karl Willi Hungerland in 1926. They had 3
daughters, Elfriede Edith b. 1926-d.???, Rosa Charlotte b. 1928-living,
and my mother Hildegard b. 1932-living. Any suggestions? Emma and
Bertha moved to Berlin together where they both married. Bertha married
a Seppl (?) Semler and had a daughter Gisela before she died about 1937.
Paul had a son (?) and a daughter Gertrude Raymer who died in
Pennsylvania, USA in 1999. Gertrude had a son who also died. Charlotte
had no children. The only living relatives that I am aware of are myself
and my siblings and any descendents of Gisela Semler with whom we have
had no contact or info on.
I am considering paying a researcher to find info and parentage of
Gottlieb Fromberg and Louise Glomp and also to look for Elfriede
Hungerland (no contact since early 1974 when she was living in France)
and Gisela Semler.
