Family of Finke must have claimed that their godfather was King Ernest August the King of Hannover and England. I have a year to the side. 1847?? This king sponsered every 5th son of every family to get men for his armies. In 1867 the three younger ones came to america an some to Milwaukee, Wi. That is all I have. Interesting though.
