Families in East-West Preussen Marienwerder -Stuhm -Strasburg

Hello, I am looking for any one with information on the following families in East-West Preussen. My grandmother Monika Koslowski was born nov 1904 in Portschweiten region of Stuhm. her parents were Anton Koslowski and Katarzyna Jezerkowska. Monika had 12 siblings of whom I have no records. Monika emigrated to America in 1926 where she married my grandfather Friedrich Kruger. Friedrich was born july 1886 in Petersdorf in region of Strasburg near Bischofswerder. Friedrich's parents were August Kruger and Auguste Sieraf. I have no knowledge of August parents. Auguste's father was Andreas Sieraf and her mother was Elisabeth Wilm. Auguste was born June 25 1860. She and her 11 siblings were all born in Strasburg Preussen. I have names and dates of these siblings if needed. This is my first post and I am looking for anyone who may have knowledge of any of these people.

Thak you very much,

Dear Patrick,

I am looking for any one with information on the following families in
East-West Preussen. My grandmother Monika Koslowski was born nov 1904 in
Portschweiten region of Stuhm. her parents were Anton Koslowski and
Katarzyna Jezerkowska. Monika had 12 siblings of whom I have no records.

There is a huge number of the name KOSLOWSKI in the German telephone book..
Some of them might be related to you, however, in order to find this out,
you would have to write to everybody.

Monika emigrated to America in 1926 where she married my grandfather
Friedrich Kruger.

Was his name KRUGER or KRUEGER (KRGER) ?
The number of people with these names is also huge.

The name of SIERAF does not exist in the German t. b.

I really don't know, how to help you. Aren't there any relatives in the
States, who might have documents, letters, pictures with dates and places on
the back ? Since your grandmother had
so many siblings, they did not stay in contact with her, and she with them ?
Letters were probably thrown away ?
Some of my relatives with the name of LEISE migrated to the States
(Philadelphia), however they stayed in contact via snail mail. Therefore I
was able to contact two, and one of them wrote a family tree - lucky me.

Good luck and kind regards from Germany --- Gisela

Gisela, my grandparents family was all separated during the War and they
all lost contact except for one sister of my grandfather here in America and
one sister of my grandmother who ended up near Weisbaden Germany. I spoke
with my aunt today and told me this. I do feel that they may be out there as
both grandparents were one of 13-14 siblings. I must keep looking.

Thanks for all of your help and suggestions,

Pat
