Etzhorn parish

I ask for your kind help in finding the parish address to obtain family
records of Oltmann SCHWARTING born in Etzhorn, Amt Oldenburg, Oldenburg.

He was born about 1776 in Etzhorn. His father, Alert SCHWARTING, from
Etzhorn, is listed on Oltmann’s marriage record in the Aschwarden - Bruch parish.
The Family History Library in Salt Lake City does not have the Etzhorn
records, but did have those from Aschwarden.

Is the following address for the area church that have the Etzhorn records
correct? I received it at the Family History Library, but don't know it's
meaning or if it is correct. I'm new to German research and do not speak or read
German.

Two more questions: 1) Should I write in German (I have a form letter from a
book) or English? 2) What is the best way to send money for copies of
records?

Gerold already gave you the email address to write to. I would
formualte my questions in English and simply send the questions to
await a response. They surely have some people who can read English
well enough to understand what you are lookin g for and if they
respond in German you can always ask here as to what it says.
