I think the right place will be Dassel. Dassel is in the area of the former Kingdom of Hann over nearby Einbeck. Today Dassel has the postal code 37586.
In the former written German (called Suetterlin) you can mistake an 'a' for an 'u' or an 's' for an 'h', so change the letters 'u and 'h' you have Dassel.
