My 2000 Klick-Tel. CD lists 19 Duemmermann extensions in Germany.
It is a local name, with, the Duemmer lake with ist British Yacht Club is at
10 km S of Diepholz, 40 km N of Osnabrueck,
At Lembruch in 1630 there was a Halb-Leibdiener Johann Duemmermann
(Meyerholz, Heinrich, Bodenstaendige Familien in den Grafschaften Hoya und
Diepholz,
