Wow .. you need to turn him into the authorities. this sounds like it was a
scam. The two major companies in USA, FamilyTreeDNA and Relative Gentics
(now partnered with Ancestory.com) will have the results back to you in
about 4 weeks of receiving your sample.

I am not sure what kind of test you requested, but that price seems way out
of whack.
