Maybe someone can help in this matter.
My g-grandfather came to USA in 1864. He was Heinrich Wilhelm Nühring
born January 31, 1825. All my birth records come from the village of Husum
near Nienburg. His parents are, Johann Deidrich Heinrich Nühring was born
Abt. 1792. He married Ilse Marie Lucie Homann June 3, 1822. Recorded in
Husum. Marie Lucie Homann Nühring died and is recorded in Husum. She died
September 4, 1855 and was buried Sept. 7. I have no death record for his
father. I also cannot find him in the USA. There is also a brother
Dietrich Heinrich Nühring born September 14, 1829. I can not find him in
the USA and there is no death record for him in Husum. Another brother
remained in Germany. Heinrich Friedrich Conrad Nühring born March 27, 1823
and died and is recorded in Husum, September 2, 1882. No record of a
marriage or any children for Heinrich Friedrich Conrad Nühring.
My great grandfather's marriage and first 4 children are recorded in Husum.
Up until 1863.
Maybe someone on this list has some suggestions. Is anyone researching in
this area, or the Nühring families?? Thanks for any help or ideas.
