Diedrich Heinrich Kueker

Good Day to All,

Trying to research my family line. They were Kueker and Liefer
surnames. I was told Borstel, Germany and Neustadt am Rubenberge,
Germany. Any and all advice would be a blessing.I do know D. Heinrich
Kueker born 8 Dec 1823 in Neustadt am Rubenberge, Germany and married
Maria Louisa Dorothea Feddler.

Thank you for your time,

There is a Hans Heinrich Kueker who married a Susanna Marlena Sprengel on 21 Oct 1734 in Mandelsloh parish records (which is located a few miles from Neustadt am Rub.

Are they related:
I have that last name as a witness to a birth in the 1800s for my SCHULTE/SCHULTZE family.

Good Evening,
I do have a little more information. I will go through my notes in
the morning and post it. I was told of Mandelsloh and that some had
married there. I think, one of my Great grandfather's name was
Christian Kueker.

Blessings

Hi Sandy,
I've been hunting for your family and I come up with little. Have you
seen this?

   Geogen Deutschland (Onlinedienst) - christoph.stoepel.net
The maps will show you where the Küker (Kueker) name is present today.

There are 151 telephone numbers in German with that name (6 in Neustadt am
Rübenberge. alone). There are 18 with the name in Borstel.

There are no names of Feddler in Germany today. However, there are quite
a few with the name of Fedler. Do you know where or when that couple
married?
I had thought the people on this page were your family at first, not so,
is it?

There are a lot of Kueker families listed in Germany and in the census in
the U.S. Where did they live in the USA? Have you found marriage records,
baptismal records, cemetery records, obituaries?

You might look at the records from the Hannover records here:

It's in German, but don't let that scare you. Just put in the name of your
ancestor and you will find a great many Küker records, many of which are
emigrants. It's a matter of choosing the right words sometimes.

I'm disappointed I didn't find any answers. I wish you luck.

Barbara

Good Day to All,
