Does the book include Lutheran churches in Hohne, Ummern, and Pollhöfen?
Thank you.
Also having no issue of the book, I would say probably not. The "Kirchspiel" of Ebstorf did not reach until Uelzen and if you take this distance as the radius around Ebstorf you will have an approximatively mesure for the largeness of the Kirchspiel. Your places are a bit much more south in the height of Celle and north of Gifhorn. "Kirchspiele" had to be normally not larger as it was still possible to get there to church on Sundays. Most ways were done by feet, so the largest distance should have been about 10 to 15 kms. Exceptions not included. The distance between for example Hohne and Ebstorf will be about 50km. Accidentaly one or the other inhabitant of Hohne, Ummern and Pollhöfen might of course be foundable also in this book.
But you will find the following titles in the library of the Verein für Niedersächsische Familienkunde in Hannover:
K 0026: Verzeichnis der Geburten und Getauften und Gestorbenen 1667 -1740 (Verstorbene in Ummern 1741 -1782.(Hohne) 100 S.
K 0027: Kirchenbuch Hohne I. - (Hohne) 130 S.. Kopie des handschriftlichen Originals; enth. Geburts-, Tauf- und Totenregister 1667 -1782
K 0028: Kirchenbuch Hohne II - (Hohne) 130 S.. Kopie des handschriftlichen Originals; enth. Geburts-, Tauf- und Totenregister 1741 -1782, Kommunikanten 1752 -1763
If there is no film at the LDS-centre or elsewhere, one might still take this possibilty of a library visit or contact the Verein für Familienkunde by www.genealogy.net.
Best wishes
