Hi

We seek the ancestry of the St. Louis DEWES family. We have exhausted the
possibility of a connection with the well-documented DEWES clan of near
Illinois and their superbly-documented cousins in Losheim. So, we suspect
that they emigrated from Britain.

Any leads, please? Suggestions?

Please try a search for the Name "TEWES". We have had some familys with this
name in our village near Hamburg/Germany but I don't know if anybody has
emigrated to the Unites States.
