I am looking for a death record/certificate for Agnes WOELKI nee GOTZHEIN.
She died in Hannover in 1988.
Are there any modern records online?
How do I get a certificate?
What does a German death certificate show?

Recent German death certificates show
(1) the name of the civil registry office plus the case file number
(2) the full name of the deceased w/ maiden name if applicable, and the deceased person's religious denomination
(3) the last place of residence
(4) the date and time of the person's death
(5) the place of death
(6) the person's DOB and birthplace
(7) the name of the deceased person's husband or wife respectively.
You can obtain a death certificate for Agnes WOELKI only if you can prove you are her direct descendant.
